Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, a high-level message and optional company or location details. Completing it prepares a message in your browser. It does not send it automatically or submit it to a SKUBA website database. You choose whether to send the prepared message through your email or WhatsApp application.
Booking through Cal.com
The booking calendar is supplied by Cal.com. It is not loaded until you choose to open it. Opening the calendar sends technical connection information to Cal.com and may involve its own service providers, storage or cookies. Information you enter there is handled through the booking service and shared as needed to arrange the appointment. A direct link is also provided for booking on Cal.com itself. Please read Cal.com’s privacy policy before using it.
This website does not automatically copy enquiry-form information into Cal.com or forward arbitrary page URL parameters to the booking embed. Appointment options and booking status come from Cal.com; this website does not publish the organiser’s private calendar.
Purpose and recipients
Correspondence is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange conversations, assess a proposed engagement and administer agreed work. It is not permission for unrelated marketing. Information may be handled by SKUBA personnel and providers supporting communications, hosting and scheduling. Some providers or recipients may be outside Hong Kong. Appropriate arrangements for sharing sensitive matter information with other practitioners should be agreed before that information is sent.
Technical information
The first-party website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or persistent form storage. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. The hosting provider may process request information such as IP addresses and server logs. Email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and the booking provider operate under their own policies when you use those services.
Retention, access and correction
Enquiry and engagement information is retained as needed for the purpose for which it is received and applicable obligations. Contact hello@skubaip.com to ask about access, correction, retention or deletion. The response will depend on the information held and the obligations applicable to it.
Before sharing an invention
Keep first messages and booking notes non-confidential. Do not send unpublished invention details, sensitive business material or urgent deadline instructions through the website. We should first agree an appropriate communication arrangement and the scope of any work.
